Alma Galindo, CMCA, AMS, has extensive experience in community management, currently serving as General Manager at the Breeza Owners Association since May 2018, overseeing a mid-rise community in Little Italy. Prior to this role, Alma was an Onsite Community Manager at ASPM - San Diego, where significant accomplishments included obtaining a $5 million special assessment for infrastructure improvements at Coral Tree Plaza Owners Association. Alma also held the position of Senior Community Manager at FirstService Residential in California, managing a portfolio of seven residential communities, and was an Association Manager at Pacific Rim Real Estate, where skills in strategic leadership and vendor management were developed. Alma holds a degree from DeVry University San Diego, awarded in 2013.
