Alicia Ponce Diaz

Alicia Ponce Diaz has a diverse work experience. Alicia currently works as a Residential Faculty at Eastside College Preparatory School since July 2022 and as a Dean of Operations at The Primary School since August 2022. Previously, they held the role of Operations Associate at The Primary School from December 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they worked at Able Works as a FutureProfits Program Manager from March 2018 to December 2020 and as a FutureProfits Program Specialist from September 2017 to March 2018. Alicia Ponce Diaz completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Latin American Studies at Yale University from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in various areas. Alicia completed the Teacher/Educator Track Assessment program offered by Zoom Video Communications in July 2020. In May 2020, Alicia obtained a certification in "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" through LinkedIn.
