Charles Kawadza serves as the Founding Managing Partner and Corrective Exercise Specialist at Doitforufit LLC dba Corrective Kinesiology Health and Fitness since December 2018, where specialized exercise programs are developed to address movement compensations through the NASM Corrective Exercise Continuum. With a diverse background that includes roles as a Certified Fitness Professional at The Princess Anne Country Club and a Certified Fitness Coach at Unify Health & Fitness Studio, experience also encompasses serving as a Physical Therapy Aide at Best Life Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine and a Fitness Coach at Fitness Together Virginia Beach. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Tyler and various certifications in physical fitness and nutrition from prestigious institutions, including The Cooper Institute and Precision Nutrition.
