Joseph Figliomeni

Joseph Figliomeni has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Joseph currently works at The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation as the Senior Director of Fundraising Operations. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Operations at the same organization. Notable achievements in this role include implementing cost-saving measures through data transformation tools and automation.

Before joining The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, Joseph worked at the Central Local Health Integration Network as the Director of Quality and later as the Senior Manager of Quality and Organizational Development. In these roles, they led process improvement initiatives, such as improving wait times and implementing standardized education approval processes. Joseph also played a key role in achieving exemplary status for the organization during the Accreditation process.

Joseph's earlier experience includes working as an Improvement Advisor at Central Community Care Access Center, where they led organizational improvement initiatives. Joseph also worked at ABC Group - Salga Associates as a Production Manager and Project Engineer, leading manufacturing and assembly operations and achieving improvements in plant quality and inventory management. Joseph began their career as a Development Engineer at Xerox Canada.

Joseph Figliomeni completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Toronto, attending from 1999 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications over the years. In 2019, they completed the "Excel Business Intelligence Part 3: Power Pivot and DAX" course from LinkedIn, as well as the "Excel Data Visualization Part 2: Designing Custom Visualizations" course. In 2019, they also completed the "Digital Transformation for Leaders" course from LinkedIn. In 2017, they obtained the "Certified Change Practitioner" certification from Prosci. Finally, in 2016, they achieved the "Lean Six Sigma Black Belt" certification from Simplilearn.
