Alice Neal

Alice Neal has a diverse background in retail and customer service, currently serving as a Commercial Support Officer and previously as a Customer Consultant at Principality Building Society since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Diamond and Gemstone Specialist at Laings Jewellers, a Diamond Supervisor at Fraser Hart, and various positions in customer service at Nando's UK & IRE and John Lewis. Additional roles include a Womenswear Fabric Sourcing Intern at Next Retail Ltd and sales assistant positions at Schuh and Clarks. Alice holds a degree in Television and Media Makeup with Hair from Nottingham Trent University and has completed qualifications in Fashion Retail, along with a high school education from Hucknall National CofE Secondary School.
