Carla Hatchley

Carla Hatchley has extensive work experience in human resources and people services. Carla started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Torfaen County Borough Council in 2005. From there, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Senior Quality, Development & Planning Assistant at Coleg Gwent from 2006 to 2010. Carla then joined Whitbread, where they held roles such as Regional Talent & Resourcing Advisor and Employment Policy Manager from 2010 to 2012. Carla also worked as an HR Manager (Interim) at Consumer Focus, Makro Self Service Wholesalers Ltd., and Wales Probation Trust in 2012. In 2013, they briefly worked as an Overseas Holiday Advisor at TUI and as an HR Change Manager at Wales Probation Trust. Since 2014, Carla has been working at Principality Building Society, first as an HR Business Partner and currently as the Head of People Services.

Carla Hatchley obtained a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Wales, Newport. The specific start and end years for their education are not provided.
