Kathryn O'Donnell

Kathryn O'Donnell has extensive experience in facilities management and health and safety, currently serving as a PMO Analyst and previously as an Enterprise Risk Analyst and Health Safety & Environment Officer at Principality Building Society since October 2017. Responsibilities include mentoring safety representatives and conducting DSE assessments to promote workplace well-being. Prior to this role, Kathryn worked at Colliers International as a Building Manager, overseeing multi-let office operations with NEBOSH qualifications, and at Knight Frank as an Assistant Manager and Receptionist, supporting office management tasks and tenant relations. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Health from Bath Spa University, completed between 2000 and 2003.
