Matthew Payne

Matthew Payne is a PMO Analyst at Principality Building Society, a position held since May 2022. Previously, Matthew worked as a Finance Assistant at Pepper Money UK from September 2021 to May 2022. Between September 2019 and April 2021, Matthew was a Sports Coach at CEPD, where responsibilities included leading Physical Education lessons, providing first aid, and communicating with parents and teachers. As an Activity Coordinator at Ultimate Activity Camps from July 2018 to March 2021, Matthew led various sports activities for children aged 4 to 15, ensuring a fun and safe environment. Early experience included a brief work placement in engineering at HR Wallingford in July 2015, focusing on remote-controlled boat production and data analysis. Matthew holds a BSc in Physics with Astronomy from Cardiff University, earned from 2017 to 2020, and attended Didcot Sixth Form from 2014 to 2016.
