Maxine Cross

Maxine Cross has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Maxine is currently the Head of Reward & People Analytics at Principality Building Society since 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Reward & Pensions at Post Office Ltd from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Reward - UK & Ireland at Müller UK & Ireland Group from 2017 to 2019. In 1997, they began their undergraduate studies and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honors degree in Business Studies in 2001. Later, in 2002, Maxine pursued further education at the University of Wolverhampton and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2003. This diploma program covered subjects such as Strategic HRM, Resourcing, Learning and Development, and Employee Relations.
