Onima Roy has been working in the field of Human Resources, starting with their role as a Recruitment and Selection professional at Outlook Publishing (India) Pvt. Ltd. from July 2021 to August 2021. Onima then joined A2Z HR Consultant Pvt LTD as a Human Resources Executive from August 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Onima is working as a Corporate HR professional at The Principle Group since January 2023.

Onima Roy pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM) from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they graduated from Lalit Narayan Mithila University in Darbhanga in 2018, focusing on the field of Botany/Plant Biology during their undergraduate studies.
