Steven Gargaro has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Steven started their career in 1986 with BAA as a Security Guard at Heathrow Airport. Over the years, they held various roles at BAA, including Security Supervisor, Management Duty Officer, and Security Duty Officer. In 1992, Gargaro joined Glasgow Airport as an Airport Duty Manager until 1999 when they became a Terminal Manager at Gatwick Airport.

In 2001, Gargaro transitioned to Heathrow Airport as an Airport Duty Manager, where they delivered a consistent experience to millions of airport and airline customers and developed operational contingency plans. From 2007 to 2010, they served as the Olympic & Paralympic Operations Manager, leading the planning and organization of major events at Heathrow for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Moving forward, Gargaro took on the role of Operations Manager for VIP & General Aviation at Heathrow, where they reviewed and redesigned operational structures and procedures, resulting in a turnaround from loss to profit within 18 months.

In 2012, Gargaro became the Director of the DSSG company until 2018. During this time, they also founded Gargaro Enterprises Ltd., specializing in Airport Services Consultancy.

In 2022, Gargaro became the Executive Director of Operations at PS, responsible for the development and implementation of all airport operations. Steven then transitioned to Vice President of Airport Development in 2023.
