Heather Bowman

Heather Bowman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Heather began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Mott Community College in 2015. Heather then moved on to work as a Human Resources Generalist at Burgaflex North America Inc in 2016, followed by a role as an Office/Recreation Services Manager at the City of Lapeer from 2016 to 2021. Alongside their managerial position, Heather also worked as a Realtor at Complete Realty, LLC from 2013 to the present. Heather also held the position of Assistant at the same company from 2007 to 2015. In 2020, Heather became the Owner/Coach at Combat Base Flint, and most recently, in 2021, they joined The Productivity Team as a Human Resources Generalist.

Heather Bowman began their education at Mott Community College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Management in 2013. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management at the University of Michigan-Flint from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Real Estate by completing a 40 Hour Real Estate Fundamentals course at the Michigan Institute of Real Estate.
