Ella Sylvester

Ella Sylvester serves as Vice President at The Professional Sales Organization since September 2022, where responsibilities include Strategic planning to enhance enrollment and the Sales minor at Temple University, as well as coordinating events like the Fox Sales Challenge. Previously, Ella held the position of Assistant Director of Sales Education, teaching sales fundamentals and coaching competitors. Ella is also the Local Partner Chair for Delta Zeta Sorority, focusing on community partnerships and fundraising initiatives. Experience includes a waitress position at Tavern Croton on Hudson, Research Analyst Intern at Horizon Kinetics LLC, and Associate Analyst for Temple University Fox Fund, supplemented by a Commission Sales Internship at Sloppy Plate. Ella is pursuing a degree at the Fox School of Business at Temple University, expected to graduate in May 2026.
