Sara de Sousa Martins

Sara de Sousa Martins is a skilled Food Technologist currently working at The Protein Brewery since March 2022, after completing a role as an R&D Intern focused on drying processes from September 2021 to January 2022. Sara holds a Master of Science in Food Technology with a specialization in Product Design from Wageningen University & Research (2019 - 2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from the same institution (2016 - 2019). Additionally, Sara participated in an Erasmus+ exchange program at Instituto Superior de Agronomia, focusing on a minor in Food Technology. Education at Stedelijk Dalton Lyceum Dordrecht was completed from September 2010 to June 2016.
