Crystal Wheeler

Crystal Wheeler has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Crystal is currently the Chief People Officer at KG&P Strategies since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at The Providencia Group from 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they held the same position at ServiceSource, Inc. Crystal also served as the Chief People Officer at Howard University Hospital from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they were the Head of Professional Services HR, Health and Civilian Solutions Division at General Dynamics Information Technology from 2017 to 2018. Crystal's previous experiences include being the Senior Director of HR at USA TODAY NETWORK from 2012 to 2017, a Senior Associate and Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2006 to 2011, an HR Manager at Northrop Grumman from 2005 to 2006, an Employee Development Specialist at Computer Sciences Corporation from 2000 to 2005, and an HR Project Specialist at First Union National Bank from 1998 to 2000.

Crystal Wheeler has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Crystal also holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Training and Instructional Technology from Old Dominion University.
