Joe DeMarco has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Joe started their career in 1998 at Office Max, Inc., where they served as a Technology Sales Supervisor, responsible for supervising a team, maintaining department cleanliness, and ensuring proper product display. In 2002, they joined The PT Services Group, initially as a Marketing Associate, where they scheduled appointments for financial services clients. Joe then transitioned to a Quality Assurance/Client Experience role, where they developed and refined quality control guidelines and coached sales associates. Currently, they hold the position of National Director, Client Success, overseeing the implementation and management of clients' appointment setting programs and acting as a sales and cultural advocate/mentor. Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated adaptability, attention to detail, and a passion for their work.
Joe DeMarco attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1999 to 2001, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they attended Penn State Greater Allegheny. Joe also studied at West Mifflin Area High School, although the dates are not specified.
