Fatma D. is an experienced epidemiologist currently working at The Public Good Projects since November 2020. Previously, Fatma served as a Program Manager at Baylor College of Medicine, coordinating the EMSC program in Texas to enhance emergency care for children and adolescents. Fatma's experience as a Lead Epidemiologist at the Houston Health Department involved managing the Zika surveillance program and coordinating the US Zika Pregnancy Registry. Earlier roles include an internship at COUS focusing on the Ebola outbreak, public health analysis at Texas A&M University, and research assistance at NASA URC and Northwestern University's International Institute for Nanotechnology. Fatma holds a Master's Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology & Biostatistics from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Texas Southern University.
