Elizabeth Ramdin Repasky

Elizabeth Ramdin Repasky, Esq. is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR functions and compliance within various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County, Elizabeth develops and executes HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Previously, as Corporate Director of Human Resources at EDM Management, Inc., Elizabeth led HR and employment law functions and managed employee relations across multiple facilities and franchises. Elizabeth also worked as Human Resources Compliance and Legal Associate at Windsor House Inc., ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and has a background in guest services and client communication from roles at Casal's de Spa and Salon as well as Northeast Ohio Community Legal Aid. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The Ohio State University.
