Ryan Severance has extensive experience in journalism and media production, currently serving as a Reporter, Video Producer, and Social Media Manager at The Pueblo Chieftain since July 2011. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Subcontractor at Sigler Communications, Inc., where responsibilities included crafting press releases, pitching stories, and generating social media plans. Ryan gained valuable skills during internships at the Denver Business Journal and The Pueblo Chieftain, focusing on feature and hard news writing under tight deadlines. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2010.
