With a background as the Head of Business Development at The Purple Agency, LTD. and Managing Partner at Monk Mode Media, Carrington has extensive experience in label and publishing deals, partnerships, investments, and sponsorship deals in the music industry. They have booked and attended shows internationally and secured song placements for various artists. Carrington holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Business from New York University.
