Kayla Matheny

Kayla Matheny, MA, possesses extensive experience in both leadership and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Team Leader at The Quarry Golf Club since March 2019, Kayla has demonstrated the ability to work efficiently under pressure while fostering strong relationships with co-workers and customers. Experience as a Waitress at Longhorn Steakhouse since May 2012 includes training approximately 50 new employees and utilizing effective sales techniques. Previous work as a Mental Health Counselor Trainee at Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health involved conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and leading therapy sessions. Kayla completed a practicum at Walsh University focused on career counseling for college students. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walsh University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Muskingum University.
