Rita MacDowall

Rita MacDowall has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Rita is currently serving as the Director of Revenue Management at The Queen Mary, a position they assumed in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Sales Administration at Big Cedar Lodge from 2021 to 2023. In 2020, they worked as a Profit Generator at Vulcraft - Division of Nucor Steel. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Director of Revenue Management at Ocean Place Resort & Spa. Before that, they held various positions at Destination Hotels - Two Roads Hospitality, including Director of Revenue Strategy from 2016 to 2018 and Revenue Manager from 2015 to 2016. Rita also has experience working at La Cantera Hill Country Resort by Destination Hotels & Resorts, HYATT Hotels, and Coast Long Beach Hotel. Rita started their career as a Reservations Manager at The Queen Mary in 1990 and held the position until 2000.

Rita MacDowall obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from San Antonio College. Rita studied at the college from 2008 to 2010.
