Murshidul Alam Bhuiyan is an accomplished entrepreneur and social impact leader with a diverse range of experiences. As the Founder and Director of Team Bertho since November 2016, Murshidul leads a globally recognized youth organization focused on connecting individuals through personal storytelling. In November 2024, Murshidul established Daak Chithi, a venture aimed at revitalizing the tradition of letter writing. Additionally, Murshidul co-founded Project Amra to empower orphaned children with essential skills and literacy. Murshidul serves as a Human Cause Ambassador for Awareness Ties™, contributing to social causes, and is recognized as a recipient of The Diana Award for humanitarian efforts. With roles including Team Leader for Marketing and Social Media at Million Peacemakers and Fellow at The Queen's Commonwealth Trust, as well as a Global Change Ambassador for RoundTable Global, Murshidul actively promotes peace and social development initiatives. Murshidul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from BRAC University and has a solid educational background in science from leading institutions in Bangladesh.

The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust (QCT) was launched in 2018 in recognition of Her Majesty The Queen’s lifetime of service to others and her love for the Commonwealth and its young people. We are driven by her vision, and through our work with Young Leaders all over the world we are creating a lasting legacy in Her Majesty’s name. We put young Commonwealth leaders at the centre of everything we do, and provide their organisations with flexible funding to invest where it has the greatest impact, practical tools and support to make their organisations sustainable and more impactful, and a vibrant network of over 850 like-minded young leaders to share learnings and ideas. We have set up the QCT Platinum Jubilee Fund for 70 Young Leaders in support of their initiatives and in celebration of our Patron’s Platinum Jubilee and 70 years of service.
