Louis Cooper

Louis Cooper is a seasoned professional in governance, risk, and assurance consulting, currently serving as Managing Director at Risk & Control Services since October 2013. With extensive experience as a board and non-executive director advisor, Louis has worked towards improving performance for various organizations. Louis has played significant roles in multiple organizations, including as a Corporate Governance Expert Group member at The Quoted Companies Alliance and a member of the Institute of Risk Management’s Innovation Special Interest Group. As Chief Executive of the Non-Executive Directors' Association until April 2024, Louis supported the needs of non-executive directors. Louis's previous experience includes consulting positions at Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP, Magique Galileo Software Ltd, SAMI Consulting, and Independent Audit Limited, in addition to leadership roles at Chiltern Plc and MRI Moores Rowland. Louis holds a BEd. Hons. degree in Education from the University of Exeter.
