Shyrah Kum

Shyrah Kum, M.S. Ed, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Raben, beginning in June 2023. Previously, Shyrah Kum held the position of Community Outreach and Development Manager at DC Green Bank from December 2020 to June 2023, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy implementation and community engagement for environmental equity. Additional experience includes roles at PwC as a Deployment Manager in Human Resources, Virginia Tech as Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions, and various positions at George Washington University, where Shyrah Kum coordinated events and managed student organizations. Shyrah Kum holds a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Tech.
