As founder and leader of The Raines Group, Sandy Raines began her real estate career in a top real estate company owned by her mother in Lansing, Michigan. In 1998, Sandy moved to Central Ohio and was determined to rebuild her business and duplicate her successful real estate career in Central Ohio. Determined to create a team of professionals that would clearly out perform other agents in quality of service and results, Sandy spent the next several years hand-picking and developing a successful team.

Sandy believes that “a team is so important because no one person can do it all. You need the encouragement and support of others to succeed.” Being a part of The Raines Group means working closely together to ensure everyone’s needs are met and expectations are exceeded…including our clients’. Realizing that there’s more to business than just buying or selling a home, The Raines Group understands the importance of listening and understanding the needs and wants of our clients. Consisting of 25 dedicated real estate professionals, The Raines Group is fueled by one simple philosophy… find a way for everyone to win in a transaction and you’ll develop a clientele for life.

Closing over 400 real estate transactions each year, The Raines Group surpasses the average real estate agent who closes only 6 transactions per year. Actively involved in team training and development, Sandy Raines has coached many real estate agents to top-producing status. The encouragement, coaching and integrity instilled by Sandy has lead to The Raines Group being one of the most successful real estate teams in the nation. That is why so much of our business comes from repeat clientele and referrals from satisfied customers. People simply know that The Raines Group will always get the job done right. Selling your home is a complex process. One agent can only perform one function at a time. Put The Raines Group to work for you…and give yourself the team advantage!
