Wanda VanGilder has extensive work experience in the mental health and addiction treatment field. Wanda is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at The Raleigh House, where they oversee marketing, admissions, business development, and alumni relations. Wanda is known for building successful teams and exceeding organizational goals. Prior to their current role, they worked at Herren Wellness as Program Training and Development, and at Gosnold, Inc. as a Program Director and Director of Training and Development. Wanda has also held positions as an Adjunct Professor at Cape Cod Community College and various other educational institutions. Wanda began their career as a Psychological Assistant at Professional Counseling Services and the Children's Center of Antelope Valley, where they specialized in treating sexual and physical abuse. Wanda's experience also includes working at Challenger Juvenile Court School, where they provided educational and crisis counseling to incarcerated juveniles and developed programs focused on anger management and rehabilitation.

Wanda VanGilder pursued their education in Clinical Psychology from 2002 to 2004 at Phillips Graduate University, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree.
