Chelsie Oehler

Chelsie Oehler currently serves as the Director of Talent and Culture at The Ranch at Rock Creek since October 2024. Prior to this role, Chelsie Oehler worked as the Director of People and Culture at Columbia Hospitality from February 2020 to October 2024 and held the position of People and Culture Business Partner in Montana. Earlier experience includes serving as the Human Resources Manager at Montage International from February 2015 to February 2020, Human Resources and Benefits Administrator at Yellowstone Club from April 2014 to February 2015, and Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits Coordinator at Moonlight Basin from August 2012 to October 2013.
