Gina McAlpin currently serves as the Director of Programming at THE RANCH since June 2023. Prior to this role, Gina held various positions at Barry's Bootcamp from October 2017 to June 2023, including Senior Instructor, Senior Regional Marketing Manager for the West Coast, Senior Experience Manager for the East Coast, and Marketing Manager for the DC Metro Area. Earlier experience includes a role as an Educator at lululemon athletica from September 2013 to October 2017. Gina is pursuing a Master of Science in Integrative Nutrition at Bastyr University, expected to complete in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communications from The George Washington University, graduated in 2017.
