Oliver Bower

Oliver Bower is an accomplished director and investor with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Director at ChargeLight since October 2021 and as an Investor and Non-Executive Director at The Rayware Group, Oliver has also held key positions including Investor and Board Observer at New Scientist from May 2017 to April 2021, and Non-Executive Director roles at Meadow Foods Limited, Racing Post, The BBI Group, and Bullitt Group Ltd. Between March 2010 and February 2020, Oliver was a Partner at Exponent Private Equity, focusing on UK mid-market businesses. Prior to this, Oliver contributed to Immediate Media Co and Radley in Non-Executive Director roles. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Engineering from the University of Oxford.
