Prior to their current role, Joe worked as a Director at The Concours Group, where Joe directed leadership development programs for high-potential senior managers. Joe also served as a Program Director at The Research Board, overseeing subscription-based research and best practice forums for senior-level HR executives. Additionally, Joe has experience working as a Software Support Representative at SPSS, where Joe excelled in providing business analytics software support. Joe holds a Masters in Psychology from the University of Chicago and a BS in Psychology from Penn State University.
