Ben Shenoy is a management writer, speaker & educator who decodes organizational quandaries using behavioral science. He was an electronic engineer and a strategy consultant, before retraining as a social psychologist.
Dr. Shenoy is a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics (LSE) and Duke Corporate Education. He has taught executive courses on leadership, organisational change, senior teams, decision making and innovation at Harvard Business School, the LSE and Duke Corporate Education. Organizations Ben has advised at the executive level include: ArcelorMittal, the BBC, BP, Cisco, Daimler, E.ON, General Dynamics, HSBC, Lonza, NATO, McCann-Erickson, Pearson and Unilever.
Dr. Shenoy holds a PhD in Organisational Behaviour from Harvard Business School. He also holds master’s degrees in systems engineering, business administration and social psychology from Cambridge University, London Business School and Harvard University respectively. His first book, Strategic Decision Making: A discovery-led approach to critical choices in turbulent times, was published in 2018.
