Charles Charles King

Charles King has extensive experience in performance coaching, leadership development, and organizational training. Currently serving as a Performance Coach and Team Lead at The REACH Group since February 2012, responsibilities include training and coaching supervisors, managers, and executives, as well as conducting performance reviews. Prior to this role, Charles held a position as a Workshop Facilitator at Randy Smith Training Solutions, focusing on safety leadership and business development. Charles began a career at Chevron, where roles included Sales and Marketing, Learning & Development Manager, and Special Projects from May 1976 to September 2005. Charles earned a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Claremont McKenna College in 1972.
