Jillian Warriner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Operations at The REACH Project, where they were responsible for overseeing the organization's daily operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Galvanized Strategies, where they provided strategic guidance and advice to clients. Before entering the consulting field, Jillian worked as a Yoga Instructor at Yoga Pod, where they taught various yoga classes.
Jillian also has a strong background in healthcare, having spent a significant portion of their career at Sharp HealthCare. At Sharp HealthCare, they held various roles, including Manager of Community Benefit and Health Improvement, Program Manager of Community Benefits and Health Improvement, Lead Planning and Community Benefits Consultant, and Planning Research Analyst. In these roles, they led and managed strategic initiatives related to community benefit programs, developed community health programs and partnerships, conducted planning projects, and supported the creation and delivery of annual reports and assessments.
Prior to their time at Sharp HealthCare, Jillian worked as a Program Analyst at the Academy for Professional Excellence, where they conducted research and analysis in support of Workforce Education and Training programs. Jillian also worked as a Program Manager and Consultant at Screening for Mental Health, where they managed national screening and education programs for mental health, eating disorders, alcohol use, and suicide prevention.
Jillian's early career included a role as a Quality Assurance Coordinator/Analyst at the Rhode Island Department of Health, where they coordinated a primary prevention project for lead education and lead hazard reduction resources.
Overall, Jillian Warriner has gained extensive experience in operations, consulting, healthcare, wellness, and public health throughout their career.
Jillian Warriner completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, General at Bowdoin College from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Health at San Diego State University from 2007 to 2010.

The REACH Mission: To provide the resources required to help all members of the community acquire the skills and assets needed to achieve financial self-sufficiency, build transgenerational wealth, and prevail over the obstacles preventing them from achieving their fullest potential. The REACH has created a self-sustaining higher education ecosystem that encourages all members of the Texas A&M University community to experience Respect, Empowerment, Aspiration, Community, and Hope. REACH intends to disrupt the societal stigma that attaches to University’s service workers by weaving together all segments of the community and making the invisible Aggies, visible.
