Jemma Guerrier

Jemma Guerrier is an experienced leader in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Managing Director at The Reader UK since March 2016 and holding various leadership roles including Chief of Transformation and Growth and Director of Development & Partnerships. Previous positions include Deputy Director of Development and Head of Corporate Development at YouthNet, and Programme Director at Brightside. Additionally, Jemma Guerrier contributed to STAR as a voluntary Trustee, supporting efforts to enhance the lives of refugees in the UK. Jemma Guerrier began a career in online management with UNIAID before it merged with Brightside. Jemma Guerrier holds a BA in European Social and Political Studies from UCL, earned between 2000 and 2004.
