Sarah Koegler

Sarah Koegler is an experienced professional in organizational development and people management. Currently serving as a Transformer at The Ready since May 2022, Sarah has also held significant roles in various non-profit organizations since August 2010. Prior to this, Sarah was the Senior Managing Director of the People Team at Teach For America from August 2004 to May 2022, and also worked as a Manager for Teacher Leadership Development. Sarah served on the Ohio County Board of Education from July 2012 to July 2020. Educationally, Sarah holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and Italian from James Madison University.
