Lauren Schwarzman

Lauren Schwarzman is an experienced retail and sales professional with a robust background in management and training within the fashion industry. Currently, at The RealReal since November 2018, Lauren has held multiple managerial positions, including Manager of Shops and Assistant General Manager. Past roles include Pilates Instructor at WundaBar Pilates, District Manager at GERARD DAREL, and Flagship Store Manager for SMCP brands. Lauren's extensive experience also encompasses sales management positions at Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom, where achievements include the Selling and Service All Star Award. Lauren began a career in retail as an Accessories Intern for Harper's Bazaar and has held various sales associate roles over the years, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Textile and Consumer Science from Florida State University.
