Nicki Allen

Nicki Allen is a seasoned HR professional with significant experience across multiple sectors, including hospitality and technology. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at The RealReal since June 2023, Nicki has previously held roles such as Director of People & Culture at Touchcast, where responsibilities included managing HR support for over 200 global employees and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at Spartina 449, Regional Human Resources Director at Schulte Hospitality Group, and Human Resources Director at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), contributing expertise in employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. Notably, Nicki worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company managing corporate social responsibility efforts and has a background in communications with Marriott International.
