Rachel Vaisman

Rachel Vaisman is an experienced professional in e-commerce and merchandising operations, currently serving as Vice President of Merchandising Operations at The RealReal since August 2012. This role involves leading a fast-growing e-commerce operation focused on meeting consignor and customer expectations, with responsibilities that include the authentication of luxury goods and management of item cataloging and photography processes. Prior to this position, Rachel held senior director roles overseeing authentication, valuations, and direct sales at The RealReal, as well as operational leadership at Gucci and a buyer role at Christian Dior.
