Bob Schmitt

Bob Schmitt has a solid legal background, starting as an Associate Attorney at Davis, Graham & Stubbs from 1989 to 1992. Bob then joined Devine & Nyquist as a Senior Litigation Associate from 1994 to 1998. Bob's work experience also includes a long tenure at the RV Industry Association, where they served as Assistant General Counsel from 1998 to 2018, Deputy General Counsel from 2018 to 2019, and is currently the Vice President & General Counsel since October 2019. In their role at the RV Industry Association, Bob handles various legal matters, including strategic planning, corporate governance, business contracts, government affairs, technical standards, and intellectual property.

Bob Schmitt attended Georgetown University from 1975 to 1979, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Government. Bob went on to pursue higher education at the University of Virginia School of Law from 1986 to 1989, earning a Juris Doctorate.
