Prior to that role, Kartik was the Regional Quality Lead at Egon Zehnder, focusing on global recruitment operations governance and compliance. Experience as Manager, GBD at Adobe involved cultivating client relationships across the U.S., while earlier at American Express, roles as Lead Business Analyst and Complaint Capture Analyst emphasized regulatory compliance and quality monitoring within customer service. Kartik Dewan is an alumnus of Delhi University.
