Phillip Ullmann

Phillip Ullmann has extensive work experience in the field of social business entrepreneurship. In 1996, they joined Cordant Group PLC as Chief Energiser and played a crucial role in building disruptive business models that focused on delivering value to people, community, and nature, in addition to financial metrics. Under their leadership, Cordant Group grew significantly, with revenues reaching £850m and a workforce of over 100,000. In 2020, Phillip Ullmann founded Covenant Advisory, an independent consultancy with a vision to help businesses, institutions, and the State find and achieve their true purpose by prioritizing people and nature over profit.

Phillip Ullmann holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Brunel University London. Phillip is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), obtained from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
