Maritza Mota

Maritza Mota is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Operations Engineering Manager at RectorSeal since October 2019, with previous roles including Operations Logistics Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to this, Mota worked at ValvTechnologies, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer, where responsibilities included leading a company-wide 5S sustain initiative and enhancing shop efficiency. Mota began the career as a Design Engineering Intern at ValvTechnologies, where skills in SolidWorks were applied to resolve non-compliance issues, and further developed in a Manufacturing Engineering Internship at Goodman Manufacturing, focusing on machine efficiency and process standardization. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University.
