Michele Cassalia

Michele Cassalia is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in regional sales management and strategic marketing roles. Currently serving as the East Coast Regional Sales Manager at RectorSeal since March 2024, Michele previously held the same title at Dust Free, LP. Prior to that, Michele was the Executive Director of Marketing at RGF Environmental Group, Inc., and spent over 16 years at the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, progressing through various leadership positions including Director of Partnership and Alliances, Director of Marketing for the asthma & allergy friendly® Certification Program, and Spokesperson. Michele is recognized for exceptional public speaking abilities, with significant media exposure including interviews on numerous TV and radio platforms. Michele holds a BSBA in Marketing from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and possesses a Pennsylvania Real Estate License.
