Phuong Luu

Phuong Luu serves as the Plant Director and Performance Improvement Director at RectorSeal since July 2021, following a tenure at Nextern as Production, Engineering, and Project Manager from July 2020 to June 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Schneider Electric from August 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities included Smart Factory and Industrial Performance Manager, Product Engineering Manager, Production Leader, and Industrial Project Leader. Earlier career positions held at SV Probe from July 2008 to October 2013 encompassed Senior Process Engineer and Senior Production Engineer, as well as Production Control Supervisor at Box-Pak Vietnam from August 2007 to July 2008. Phuong Luu holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, completed between 2017 and 2019.
