Ahmed Althaher

Ahmed Althaher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of astrotourism, engineering, and product development. Currently serving as the Lead Astrotourism Guide at Red Sea Global, Ahmed has a background as the Founder and Executing Manager of Judai Astro Tours Co., where a focus on stargazing sessions has resulted in high client retention and significant engagement. Additionally, Ahmed holds roles as Delegate and Advocate Member within the International Dark-Sky Association, contributing to various dark sky designation projects. Previous experience includes an Industrialization Engineer position at BAE Systems, where project management for a robotics initiative and enhancements to mechanical designs were key responsibilities. Ahmed's early career featured roles in energy efficiency research and rapid prototyping, along with a co-foundership in product design. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Applied Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
