Hani Kababji

Hani Kababji has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hani began their career as a Maintenance Engineer Trainee (Intern) at Mercedes in 2000, followed by a Trainee Engineer (Intern) role at Al Hikma Pharmaceutical Company in 2002. From 2003 to 2005, Kababji worked as a Research/Teacher Assistant at the University of South Florida. In 2006, they worked as a Consultant at Pilgrim Software before joining Aziz European Pipe Factory, LLC as a Corporate Industrial Engineer from 2007 to 2008. Kababji then joined Ernst & Young as a Consulting Senior Consultant from 2008 to 2009. Hani later moved to PwC, where they held several positions including Consulting Assistant Manager, Risk Assurance Services Manager, and Risk Assurance Services Senior Manager from 2009 to 2014. Kababji served as the ME Region Director and Strategic & Enterprise Risk Services Leader at PwC from 2014 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Red Sea Global as a Risk & Resilience Executive Director, a position they have held since January 2021.

Hani Kababji has a diverse education history. In 2006, they obtained a Master's degree in Six Sigma-Master Black Belt and Programs Management from Villanova University. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial & Management Systems Engineering from the University of South Florida. In 1998, Hani earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BScIE) from the University of Jordan. Furthermore, they completed their high school education at Terra Scanta, focusing on Science. Hani Kababji has also obtained various certifications, including Certified Intelligent Executive Leader from the Global CIO Forum, Full Membership from the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, Introduction to LEED Certification and Sustainability Strategies from LinkedIn, GRC Professional Certification from GRC Certify, Governance Risk and Compliance Professional from OCEG, Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional from IARCP, Certified Lean Six Sigma and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ, and CBCI from the Business Continuity Institute (BCI).
