Lindsay Madden-Nadeau

Lindsay Madden-Nadeau has an extensive work experience in the wellness and hospitality industry. Lindsay currently serves as the Senior Director of Wellness Strategy at Red Sea Global, where they lead the development and implementation of the wellness strategy for two major hospitality and tourism projects. Prior to this, Lindsay founded Meraki Bespoke Wellness Strategies, a company specializing in delivering customized wellness solutions. Lindsay also held leadership roles at AccorHotels and FRHI Hotels & Resorts, where they were responsible for developing and implementing well-being programs for luxury brands. Lindsay has a strong background in spa operations and management, having worked in various roles at Raffles Dubai, Talise Spa Madinat Jumeirah, and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. In addition to their industry experience, Lindsay has been actively involved in promoting wellness tourism as the Vice Chair of Wellness Tourism Initiative at the Global Wellness Institute.

Lindsay Madden-Nadeau has a background in Registered Massage Therapy from the Canadian Therapeutic College, RMT. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Yin Yoga Teacher Training from PT. Yoga Barn in 2018 and will be completing a Vinyasa Yoga 200 HR TT from Radiantly Alive and a Sustainability Leadership for the Build Environment program from the University of Cambridge in 2022.
