Shane Fairfield

Shane Fairfield is an experienced commercial leader in the construction industry, currently serving as Executive Director - Commercial at Red Sea Global since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading the development commercial team and managing procurement strategies. Shane's previous roles include Senior Commercial Director and Commercial Director at Red Sea Global, as well as Senior Commercial Manager at Roberts Constructions and Multiplex. Early career experience includes Commercial Manager positions at TDIC and Dubai World Trade Centre, where project cost estimation and budget management were key responsibilities, alongside a tenure as Senior Quantity Surveyor at St. George PLC, overseeing a team and all aspects of quantity surveying. Shane holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading.
