David Maring

David Maring is a highly experienced pre-construction manager who has worked on various major civil design build projects throughout their career. David has held titles such as lead estimator, chief estimator, and owner/estimator for companies like The Redland Company, Jackson Land Development, and Jacobs Engineering Group. David graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Building Construction in 1995.
